FairTap™ is operated by The UK Careers Fair Ltd (company no. 11482834), the data controller for enquiries made through this site. When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you provide (such as your name, work email and organisation) and use them solely to respond to and manage that enquiry. We do not sell your data or use enquiry details for unrelated marketing.
Within the FairTap™ platform itself, attendee data is processed on behalf of event organisers, who act as controllers for their events. FairTap™ is designed around UK GDPR principles: explicit and versioned consent, data minimisation, purpose limitation, pseudonymised identifiers, configurable retention, and deletion or anonymisation on request. Personal data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256-GCM), with role-based access and audit logging.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@fairtap.app.
This marketing site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We use only what is strictly necessary to serve the page, and privacy-respecting, anonymised measurement where enabled. Any analytics used here do not receive names, emails, organisation names or the content of your enquiry.
This website provides information about FairTap™ and lets you enquire about bringing it to your events. Use of the FairTap platform is governed by a separate agreement entered into with each organiser or partner, which sets out the applicable service terms, data-processing terms and any commitments for that deployment.
